This feature adds additional editing support for the eBay Open Source Turmeric SOA project's configuration files. Additonal support includes:
* Content Assistance for all Configuration files, including GlobalServiceConfig, ServiceConfig, TypeLibraries, and ErrorLibrary.
* Hover Help with documentation for most elements.
* Makes a XML Catalog entry available to the WTP XML Catalog.
Future work will provide more support for pipeline configuration, transport and service level handlers.
